AR Free Legal Answers Featured Volunteer: Alicia Walton
Arkansas Access to Justice is pleased to feature Alicia Walton as this quarter’s AR Free Legal Answers volunteer. Alicia is Deputy Public Defender in the Conflicts Office serving Pulaski County and has a passion for public service. Since joining AR Free Legal Answers in late October, she has participated in nearly every Free Legal Answers Clinic. During these clinics, she mentors law students while responding to legal inquiries from individuals around the State. Alicia is often the last attorney to leave the clinics due to her ensuring the law student mentees understand the reasoning behind the advice provided and the legal process the clients will encounter in representing themselves.

AR Free Legal Answers lets you do pro bono from anywhere you have an internet connection. We screen clients for financial eligibility and provide malpractice insurance. You even get to preview questions before you decide whether to answer them. Most questions can be answered in less than 15 minutes.
