On April 21, 2021, Hannah Roe, presented on “Arkansas Guardianships from A to Z.” This presentation walks through guardianship scroll with legal analysis of representation in minor and adult guardianship cases. It also includes guardianship case law updates and miscellaneous provisions of the Code.

Hannah Roe graduated from the University or Arkansas School of Law and was admitted to the Arkansas bar in 2012. Her interest in social justice reform led her to embark on a career in pubic interest law with Legal Aid of Arkansas focused on the representation of clients in legal matters involving domestic abuse and sexual violence. In September of 2018, she took on her current role of Supervising Attorney for Medical Legal Partnership at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and affiliates, where she provides and oversees legal representation in a variety of civil practice arenas, addressing the health-harming legal needs of patients and patient families.
