On January 21, 2022, we sponsored a free continuing legal education course (CLE) entitled: Income Based Housing in Arkansas. As with all our CLEs, this session was recorded for later viewing. Below, you can read a description of what this course covers, learn more about the presenter, and view the recording.
This session provides an overview of legal issues related to income-based housing in Arkansas with a focus on common landlord-tenant issues. Most income-based housing in Arkansas is funded by the federal government. This funding gives participating landlords and tenants very different legal rights and responsibilities than those in private housing.
