Arkansas Access to Justice is pleased to announce that Generations Bank has joined the Preferred IOLTA Bank Program. Preferred IOLTA Banks voluntarily pay extra interest on lawyers’ trust accounts. This extra interest funds free legal aid for survivors of domestic violence and other low-income Arkansans facing a crisis. Attorneys are encouraged to choose a Preferred IOLTA Bank when opening their IOLTA account.
