Continuing Legal Education Opportunities

Free Legal Education Sessions
Open to the Public
Every other month, Arkansas Access to Justice hosts free educational sessions on legal topics that affect everyday Arkansans—things like tenant rights, debt collection, and family law. These sessions are called CLEs (Continuing Legal Education) because attorneys and court reporters can earn required education credits by attending. While the content is presented at a professional level, members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Whether you’re dealing with a legal issue yourself, work in the court system, or are a legal professional who wants to help, these sessions provide practical information you can use.
Please note: These educational sessions provide general legal information only and do not constitute legal advice. For advice about your specific situation, please consult with an attorney.

Preguntas frecuentes
Who can attend?
Attorneys, legal professionals, and anyone interested in learning more about the topics covered.
How do I register for a CLE?
All CLEs are scheduled and listed on our website.
You can view upcoming CLEs by clicking here.
Each CLE includes a Register button in the event description. Clicking this button will take you to Zoom to complete your registration.
For accuracy and attendance tracking, registrations must be completed individually through Zoom.
Do I receive an attendance form?
Yes. After the CLE, you will receive an email with a link to the Certificate of Attendance Form later the same day.
If you do not see the email by the end of the day, please check your spam or junk folder.
Most attendees complete the online attendance form, which allows your information to be submitted directly to the Office of Professional Programs (OPP) if you complete all the steps.
If you prefer not to use the online form, the emailed link also includes the option to download a blank attendance form. If you choose this option, you are responsible for completing the form and submitting it directly to OPP.
Attendance forms should be submitted to the Office of Professional Programs, not to Arkansas Access to Justice.
My CLE credit is not showing on my account. What should I do?
CLE credit is processed by the Office of Professional Programs (OPP), not Arkansas Access to Justice.
If you recently attended a CLE, please note that CLE credits may take time to appear on your account, particularly during high-volume periods or near annual reporting deadlines.
If your credit is not showing and you have already submitted your attendance form, please contact the Office of Professional Programs directly at CLEarkansas@arcourts.gov for assistance.
Arkansas Access to Justice is not able to update CLE credit records or confirm credit posting.
Are these CLEs free of charge?
Yes, all our CLE sessions are completely free. If you find value in these sessions, and would like to support our mission, you can consider making a donation through our website.
