Resources for Banks
Banks play a vital role in expanding access to justice by participating in the Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Program. Financial institutions that support IOLTA help fund free legal aid for low-income Arkansans while ensuring attorneys comply with Arkansas Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15.
This page provides IOLTA compliance guidance, forms, and resources for banks interested in supporting equal access to justice in Arkansas.
About the IOLTA Program
The Arkansas Supreme Court established the IOLTA Program to direct interest from lawyers’ pooled trust accounts to support legal aid, court access initiatives, and pro bono services.
